How long are the workouts?

Each 1-on-1 training session will last 60 minutes and includes a full-body warm-up, workout and recovery coold-down.

How many times a week are the training programs?

For best results, I recommend training 2-5x a week. From experience, anything less than this will not help you achieve the results you are looking for.

what if I have a pre-existing injury?

Not to worry. I have 10 years of experience working with men and women of all ages to help deal with their injuries.
