Level 1 is a introductory 12-week course designed for those who are just starting their fitness journey.

For the next 12-weeks, I am your guide to setting up a solid foundation that you need to reach your goals. I take my advanced knowledge of health and fitness, and bring it down to make what was once daunting, extremely approachable. 

Simplicity is often the greatest of complexities. 

This is the core nature of this course. Every week, you and a limited group of alike individuals will learn new health topics that you will involve in your new lifestyle. 

This is not a diet.

Rather of eating a certain amount of carbs, protein, and fats, I teach what type of nutrition  should be having. 

I teach you keen strategies that will set you up for success, from even how to shop at the store, to how you should set up your kitchen. 

This, paired with online personalized workouts, sets a solid foundation that you need for your new lifestyle.

Understanding Nutrition 

Eat foods that will bring you satisfaction. Every week I introduce new healthy recipes that eliminates not needed stress. This directly ties into nutritional training where I teach how food impacts are day to day life.  

Online Coaching 

Every two-weeks I will check in to monitor your progress. I am hear to help guide you through your beginning phases. When you have any questions- ask. The more you understand, the greater you own success will be.

Support Group 

Everyone needs support when starting a new lifestyle. That's why I created a support group of 10 individuals, myself included, who will help each other for the next 12 weeks. From needing daily motivation, to getting some new ideas for the kitchen, we are all here to help.
