What you can expect from my online coaching programs?

Personalized Workout Plans: I'll create a customized workout plan based on your fitness level, goals, and equipment availability. Whether you prefer bodyweight exercises or have a fully equipped home gym, I will design a program that suits your circumstances and pushes you to your limits.

I greatly improved my shoulder mobility, which was particularly challenging due to my previous surgery on the left side of my body. On top of that, I have increased strength beyond what I could’ve ever imagined at 50 years old. I could also significantly lower my body fat, which helped improve shoulder to waist ratio.

How Online Coaching Works:

What happens after you sign up for online coaching at Mikey Likes Fit? After you sign up, I will send you some client intake forms for you to fill out so we can determine your training goals and objectives. Then I’ll work on building a fully customized workout plan for you. Once your workout plan is delivered, I will work with you directly to keep up with your progress and keep you motivated.

As with in-person training, a coach’s feedback is vital to the overall experience. Film yourself performing the exercises instructed, and I will provide detailed feedback and recommendations along the way. As my online coaching client, you receive a priority queue for all your email questions and concerns. On top of this, I provide weekly check-ins to monitor your progress over the next eight weeks via the Mikey Likes Fit training app.
